Siskin Hospital is the largest provider of rehabilitation for stroke in the region and provides a full continuum of services to patients throughout the recovery process.

The Young Stroke Program capitalizes on the many specialized services and treatments available at Siskin Hospital to individualize care to help patients whose goals for recovery may include going back to work, school or parenting.  Patients may start their recovery as an inpatient and then progress to Siskin Hospital’s Outpatient Therapy Services and the Siskin Health & Fitness Center. Alternatively, stroke survivors may enter the Young Stroke Program as an outpatient.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Once at home, our outpatient team will help you continue to work toward your recovery goals, whether in-person or via telehealth therapy services.
