Research for therapeutic healing gardens overwhelmingly shows benefits to patients, visitors and hospital associates. In fact, patients who visit therapeutic gardens have less stress and feel more optimistic about the future. Some research suggests they get better, faster, and may go home earlier. Siskin Hospital’s Scholarship Fund makes a way for men and women with no means to pay for their rehabilitative care. Many have no insurance or are under insured. Your gift, as well as your participation in our Possibilities event and Siskin Golf Classic, help provide these scholarships.
Multiply Your Gifts
Does your employer have a matching gift program? Many organizations support their employees’ philanthropic giving by matching a donation to their employees’ charities of choice either 100% or partially. Ask your employer’s human resources director if your company matches gifts.
In most cases, donors will need to complete a form and submit it us to verify a donation was made. We’ll return the completed form on your behalf in order to receive the matching gift.
Appreciated Securities
