Accreditations

Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation was the first rehabilitation hospital in the nation to earn accreditation from both the Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) within its first ten months of operation. Siskin Hospital continues to hold accreditations by CARF and the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CHIQ).
