Next Step

The Siskin Health and Fitness Center Next Step Program is for those who have experienced challenges with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions or functional limitations due to an injury. Our certified professionals will design an individualized program that will create your Next Step following completion of physical therapy treatment. This is a supervised program that will keep you on track to full recovery while decreasing your risk of re-injury.

Program benefits include:

• Initial fitness assessment to measure current ability

• Continuation of fitness assessment to track progress and new exercises

• Increased strength and mobility

• Motivational support working in a group environment

The Next Step Program meets every:

• Monday, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

• Friday, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

• One 30 minute Session: $29

• One 60 minute Session: $30

• Five 30 minute Sessions: $26/session

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy, including clinical and relaxation massages, are available to members and non-members by a licensed massage therapist.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

This system of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles is designed primarily to stimulate circulation, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.

Aromatherapy Cocoon:
60 Minutes – $65

Reflexology:
60 Minutes – $70

Clinical Massage

This method involves assessing each client’s individual needs to aide in alleviating pain, increasing functional abilities, and increasing activities of daily living. Needs are then addressed through a variety of techniques, such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point therapy.
