Siskin Hospital receives THA Zero Harm Award
Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation has been recognized by the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) with a Zero Harm Award for achieving zero healthcare-associated infections in multiple categories during the 2025 calendar year.
The Zero Harm Award recognizes Tennessee hospitals and clinical departments that demonstrate exceptional commitment to patient safety and care by preventing healthcare-associated infections. Awards are presented in four different categories: Central Line-Associated Bloodstream Infections (CLABSI), Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI), Clostridium difficile Infections (CDI), and Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcusaureus (MRSA).
Siskin Hospital achieved zero harm hospital wide in both CDI and CLABSI as well as the second, third, and fourth floors in CAUTI.

The THA Zero Harm Awards are presented annually by THA’s Tennessee Center for Patient Safety to honor hospitals that go extended periods without healthcare-associated infections. The full list of recipients is available here.
