Our outpatient clinic in East Brainerd is just 10 miles east of our main campus.
Located at the intersection of East Brainerd Road and Panorama Drive, the clinic serves the East Brainerd community and surrounding area. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available.
Kyle Binkley, DPT
Kyle manages the East Brainerd Outpatient Clinic. He specializes in geriatric, orthopedic spine treatment and neurological. He is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Kyle received a bachelor’s in exercise science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Harding Unviersity in Searcy, Arkansas. He has four years of experience in therapy.
John Kelly, MPT
A physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience, John specializes in spinal derangement, cervical, temporomandibular dysfunction and dysarthria. He is a course author and international speaker on dyspagia and a lecturer for Ciao Seminars. He’s also a course instructor for VitalStim certification, orthopedic shoulder, and myofasical release, along with other manual techniques in dysphagia management (a technique he developed).
Melissa Kubic, PT
Melissa is a physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience. She spcializes in pelvic health and rehabilitation, having developed Siskin hospital’s Pelvic Floor Program. She is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and adjunct professor for the Women’s Health Segment in the University of Tennessee Chattanooga’s physical therapy program. She is also a registered yoga teacher.
Amanda Cress, DPT, OCS, MDT
Amanda is a physical therapist with 10 years of experience. She specializes in orthopedics, sports rehab and spine rehab. She is an ABPTS-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor, and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Amanda received her BS in Health Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
Chris Merchant, DPT
A physical therapist with more than four years of experience, Chris specializes in orthopedics and has interests in manual therapy, dry needling, and motor control. He is certified in Integrative Dry Needling. Chris received a BA in psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University.
David Williams, OTR/L
David has more than 25 years in occupational therapy. He is a Certified Hand Therapist and specializes in hand and upper extremity therapy, myofasical pain, and stroke and brain injury. He received his BS in engineering from Miami University in Ohio. He earned a master’s in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University.
Gayle Tucker, CCC-SLP
A speech-language pathologist with more than 25 years of experience, Gayle specializes in swallowing disorders, adult aphasia, developmental disabilities and severe communication disorders. She’s received certifications in neurodevelopmental treatment and VitalStim. She is a trainer for supported communication and has made national presentations on the Use of Electrical Stimulation Therapy in Treating Dysphagia and Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia. Gayle serves patients at the East Brainerd clinic three days each week.
Jennifer Bambrough, PT, DPT
Jennifer earned her BS in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee. She specializes in neurologic rehabilitation, dry needling, Parkinson’s Disease, and cervicogenic dizziness/headaches. She is certified in LSVT-BIG. Jennifer holds a position on the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy and was a panelist for the opioid briefing on Capitol Hill in 2019. She serves patients three days each week at the East Brainerd clinic.
Hannah Holbrook, PT Tech
Hannah is a physical therapy technician who earned her BS in exercise science from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. She says she loves working at Siskin Hospital’s East Brainerd outpatient clinic because she can form new relationships with patients and see their lives changed for the better.
Vanessa Eaves, Case Manager
Vanessa is the East Brainerd Outpatient clinic case manager. She also handles patient scheduling. She has more than 20 years of customer service experience, three of them in healthcare.
