Our outpatient clinic in Cleveland, Tennessee is just 35 miles northeast of our main campus.
Located on north Keith Street, it has served the Cleveland community and surrounding area for 13 years. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available.
Our adult follow-up clinics are directed by highly-trained and experienced therapists who participate in your direct care. Family support and education is also critical to your rehabilitation. Our therapy experts work with both you and your family to develop a mutual care plan that best fits your health and lifestyle needs.

Karen Hood, PT, MS
Karen manages the Cleveland Clinic. She has 36 years of experience in physical therapy. She’s certified in Vestibular Competency and has completed the APTA-CI credentialing course. Karen specializes in gait/gait mechanics. She has taught courses in gait analysis as a clinical instructor at UTC, and has authored a chapter in the book, “Gait Analysis: An Introduction.” Karen earned a BS in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut and an MS in health, physical education and recreation from the University of Kentucky.
Holly Polino, MS, CCC-SLP
Holly has 15 years in speech-language pathology. She is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, Neuro Muscular Electrical Stimulation, and is a Lingraphica Specialist. She specializes in the treatment of adult dysphagia, speech/language voice, and cognition in traumatic brain injury, stroke and Parkinson’s patients. Holly received her MS from Loma Linda University.
Megan Brock, PT, DPT, MPH
Megan is a physical therapist with 10 years of experience. She specializes in Vestibular, Post-concussion, and dance rehabilitation. She is a registered yoga teacher and lectures on injury prevention at Chattanooga Ballet. Megan received a BS in Kinesiology/Dance from Arizona State University, and a doctor of physical therapy degree and a master’s in public health from Emory University.
Deana Allen, MSPT
A physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience, Deana specializes in the evaluation and treatment of patients with neurological diagnoses, especially strokes, brain injuries and Parkinson’s. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist and certified in the LSVT BIG treatment protocol for Parkinson’s. Deana received her MS in physical therapy from Andrews University.
Ryan Adkins, PT Tech
Ryan is a physical therapy technician who is currently attending Tennessee Technical University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology. He is CPR certified and has two years of experience in therapy.
