Tangela W. Johnson

Tangela Johnson is president of North Georgia Corporate Consulting, a professional development boutique. As an organizational development consultant and executive coach, Tangela has successfully worked as a culture and “people” strategist for 18 years. Her firm is dedicated to helping businesses create strong leaders and healthy cultures where integrity, accountability, excellence and teamwork are the norm.

A gifted consultant, business woman, dynamic teacher, keynote speaker and thought leader, Tangela is founder of Stilettos and Grace Network and the creator of Wise-UP 365 Smart Money System.

Tangela earned a bachelor’s from The University of Georga and a master’s from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. She also obtained a business certificate from Dalton State College, were she also served as an adjunct instructor.

Gov. Nathan Deal appointed her to serve on Georgia’s Department of Early Care and Learning Board. Tangela also serves on the CO.LAB and Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute boards. Past board memberships include the Rotary Club of Dalton; Urban League of Chattanooga; Launch of Chattanooga; Dalton Convention Center (Vice-Chair); Dalton-Whitfield Consolidation Commission (Vice-Chair), Dalton-Whitfield Library Board Authority (cahir), Murray-Whitfield Joint Development Authority, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Christian Heritage School.

Tangela and her husband, John, and daughter, Caylor, live in Whitefield County, Georgia.
