Dr. Heather B. England
Heather B. England, PsyD is a licensed psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive and neuropsychological conditions.
She obtained her doctorate in psychology from Georgia School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her neuropsychology-tracked clinical internship at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, Florida. Additionally, she completed her two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Bay Pines VA Medical Center, which is an accredited program of the Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN).
She specializes in the assessment and treatment of traumatic brain injury, dementia, stroke, movement disorders, and other medical and neurological conditions that affect cognitive functioning. Additionally, Dr. England specializes in cognitive rehabilitation therapy, which is an evidence-based therapy that uses an individualized and targeted approach to implement compensatory strategies in order to enhance and improve cognitive functioning and increase independence.
At Siskin Hospital, she conducts neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, conducts cognitive rehabilitation therapy, and provides consultation services for inpatient and outpatient therapy programs.
