Memory Program

Forgetfulness or Serious Problem? 

Signs of a Memory Disorder:

• Asking the same questions over and over again.
• Repeating the same story, word for word, again and again.
• Forgetting how to do an activity that you previously did with ease.
• Losing abilities to pay bills or manage a checking account.
• Getting lost in familiar surroundings.
• Misplacing household objects.
• Neglecting to care for yourself.
• Relying on others to make decisions you used to handle yourself.

What is the Memory Program?

The Memory Program features a team of highly trained, caring professionals who have experienced working with individuals with a variety of memory disorders.

Potential participants in the program will be given an initial standardized memory assessment test, along with a brief assessment of other cognitive functions.

If a problem is indicated, a treatment plan will be developed to build memory skills and enhance cognitive strengths.
