Siskin Hospital's new Outpatient Pavilion more than doubles the space previously available for outpatient services. This state-of-the-art facility houses the Day Hospital and Community Re-entry programs in one location.
Outpatient programs at Siskin Hospital have the same holistic, interdisciplinary approach to care as our inpatient programs. In addition to providing physical or occupational therapy, we offer specialized services. Our programs are developed in direct response to the needs of Chattanooga's medical and patient communities. We offer evaluation, testing and treatment previously only found in Nashville or Atlanta. From our heated pool to our high-tech equipment, the outpatient staff has the tools to deliver the best in patient care.

Outpatient therapy schedules are determined by the patient's diagnosis, their required therapy disciplines, and the intensity and frequency of therapy required to reach their goals.
Admissions
Admission to Siskin Hospital's outpatient programs requires a prescription from a physician. We will generally contact the patient within 24 hours of the physician's referral and, if convenient for the patient, will usually provide an initial evaluation or treatment session within 48 hours of our first phone contact.
We encourage all patients to begin the paperwork process by completing the Outpatient Services Registration Forms.
