Admissions

Following a physician's referral, our nurse liaisons will review patients' medical records and then meet with the patient and family to determine if the patient's needs are a good match for our rehabilitation program.

General guidelines for admission include the need for patients to be:

• Neurologically and medically stable
• Free of ventilator support
• Able to tolerate active participation in therapy
• Without an active seizure history in the past 96 hours or on a successful treatment program of anti-convulsants
