PATIENT PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

Inpatient Programs

Siskin Hospital’s inpatient program provides 24-hour medical and nursing management and uses a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to establish long and short-term goals specific to each patient and diagnosis. Depending on the patient’s needs, he or she may receive treatment and care from several different types of therapists and clinicians under the direction of a physiatrist.

Our purpose is to help patients reach and surpass their goals for therapy. That is why evaluations of the patient's abilities are conducted often with therapy plans and goals adjusted as the patient progresses.

Typically, inpatient therapy consists of three to six hours of therapy per day during the week, two to four hours of treatment on Saturday, and the option of additional treatment on Sunday for many patients.
