Annual Gifts
Siskin Hospital welcomes and appreciates gifts of any size. You may give to the hospital’s greatest area of need, or you may designate your gift to the Charity Care Fund, Equipment Fund, the Siskin Hospital Scholarship Fund for nurses and therapists, or one of the following programs that provide essential healing, but are often not fully covered by insurance:  Lymphedema, Pastoral Care, Therapeutic Recreation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Driving Evaluation and Training.

Honorary Gifts
Looking for a way to say 'thank you' to a special doctor, nurse, or therapist?  Want to honor a friend or loved one?  There’s no better way than a Siskin Hospital “Caring People” Card.

For your gift of $25.00, Siskin Hospital will send a personalized, full-color greeting card with your message to the honoree of your choice.  We’ll also recognize your generosity in our newsletter, The Siskin Hospital Spirit.  For your gift of $100.00, you can send 5 “Caring People” Cards—that’s one free!

Regardless of the size of your gift, it will be recognized in our newsletter, The Siskin Hospital Spirit, and the honoree(s) will receive a personalized letter acknowledging your generosity.

Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts are a special way to honor the memory of a deceased family member, friend or admired acquaintance. Regardless of the size of your gift, it will be recognized in our newsletter, The Siskin Hospital Spirit.  The family of the deceased will receive a personalized letter acknowledging your generosity.  The amount of the gift is not disclosed.
